Description

French Napoleon III marble and ormolu mantel clock with glass dome. The marble stand mounted with a lion and ball figure on a tiered and dentil moldings above a floral carved frieze supported by four columns on a similarly carved base resting on a painted wood stand. The enamel dial set in a ormolu surround of scroll design above a pendulum with a centrally placed mask, circa 1870.
